Southeastern Estuarine Research Society Spring Meeting

The registration deadline for the joint SEERS/ Benthic Ecology Meeting (BEM) is fast approaching (15 Jan 2010) and we would like to encourage you to come to this special meeting.   Registration ($150 Regular/ $75 Student) and abstract submission will all be handled through the BEM website at:

You must register and submit your abstracts through BEM using the website above.  SEERS will have a special session and we encourage you to submit your abstract for that session, but there are others to choose from as well.  If you choose to register for the SEERS session, we unfortunately have to ask you to submit your materials to us as well so that we can organize the talks.  This should be completed electronically using the attached format.  
BEM is handling all registration materials, but there is no way for us to collect your annual dues with them.  Therefore, you must complete a separate transaction and submit your dues BY CHECK before the deadline.  Note that this is particularly important for students who want to be considered for a Student Travel Award.   We do not currently have a PayPal account as we make a transition between treasurers, but we intend to provide this service again in the future.
