The Estuary Partnership seeks an experienced full time Administrative Assistant. Position requires a minimum of two years of experience performing administrative and secretarial duties and bookkeeping in support of public or private organization. General office qualifying experience would involve record keeping, meeting preparation, minute taking, managing office supplies, and developing correspondence and related work products for executive staff. Qualifying experience for bookkeeping duties would include managing accounts payable and accounts receivable and basic finance reports and working with annual budgets comprised of multiple funding sources in public and non-profit sector. Degree or training in office administration or secretarial functions desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, experience in QuickBooks accounting software desirable. Salary is commensurate with experience.
