Position Profile--This position will provide support to modeling and design teams on a wide variety of water resources projects, including coastal restoration and protection. Specifically, the ideal candidate will have a diverse background in ecosystem restoration and flood protection, with modeling experience in one or more of the following disciplines: storm surge/water circulation, asset damage assessment, surface water hydrology and hydraulics, coastal geomorphology, or vegetative/faunal response.

Position Requirements--Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or coastal engineering is required; Master’s Degree with a water resources emphasis is preferred. 6 to 10 years of experience required, USACE experience desired. Proficiency in numerical models related to various areas of expertise required. This challenging position requires a highly organized and responsive candidate with outstanding analytical and verbal communication skills capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities while working in a diverse team environment.
